Job Summary:
This sales position is entry level and focused on selling full season tickets, partial season tickets, and group tickets to individuals and corporations in the Greater Victoria region. This position has the possibility to become full-time for those individuals who reach and/or exceed their sales goals.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop new sales leads and actively prospect daily.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Schedule appointments, show seats, and give ball park tours.
• Provide superior customer service to clients, existing ticket holders, prospects, and single game customers.
• Upgrade and up sell customers into different categories and ticket packages.
• Handle inbound sales calls and turn into sales.

Required Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in a business sales environment
• Positive attitude and desire to work as a team player
